South China is home to 37% of China's entire electronics and telecommunications industry. Industry sales for electronics and information products have rocketed in recent years and are projected to reach over US$320 billion by 2010, doubling since 2001.Sales of computers alone are charted to reach more than US$65 billion by the end of the decade compared with US$15.4 billion in 2001, with sales for consumer electronic appliances hitting US$27.5 billion in the same period (an increase of more than US$23 billion over 2001.) The baby of the industry, telecommunications equipment, sees projections of almost US$120 billion, in practical terms five times the US$24.7 billion in sales achieved during 2001.

But dollar value on its own does not tell the whole story behind the excitement of new innovations that will be available for hands-on assessment at NEPCON/EMT South China 2007. This year's exhibition will dramatically demonstrate the power this industry has to create jobs and business opportunities, and will provide an up-to-date view of the latest trends in electronics manufacturing.

Offering a four-in-one experience, NEPCON, EMT, along with AE, and ATE is China's most important electronics show, a multi-billion dollar gathering that is a must for everyone involved in the industry.
